We surveyed 380 residents. They want three things.

Kitchen at 7am, two pans on the stove

We ran a 380-person survey across our three live cities in February. Asked residents: ‘what would you change about your PG’ and gave them an open text field. No multiple choice, no leading prompts.

The answers clustered into three buckets. (1) Stop the surprise charges. (2) Make sure the manager actually replies. (3) Internet that doesn’t die during a call.

These aren’t aspirational. They aren’t about avocado toast at brunch. They’re the floor. Most PGs miss the floor.

So hoplive’s ‘standard’ is — the floor, but always met. That’s the whole bet.
