Filter by city, locality, room type, budget. See real beds, real bed counts, real photos. Photos are ours, not stock — every property shoots residents on hop-in day, not influencer staging.

Save what you like. No login required, no email gate. The save is local; come back tomorrow, pick up where you left off.

step 02 · primary

Pick your room. Solo or twin.

Open a property page. Pick solo or twin. Pick a hop-in date. Live availability — bed counts update from the manager you’ll meet on day one, not a sales team running spreadsheets.

If you want to walk through the property first, the "Schedule a visit" button on every detail page books a 30-minute slot with the manager. WhatsApp confirmation in five.

step 03 · aligned

Lock it with ₹2,000.

Token only. Refundable until 48 hrs before hop-in. UPI, card, netbanking — Razorpay rails. Receipt in your inbox in 30 seconds. KYC happens online via DigiLocker — no chasing photocopies, no scanning anything.

Three months minimum lock-in. Flexible if life happens — job change, transfer, family — talk to the manager, we work it out.

step 04 · closing

hop. You’re home. Door open.

Show up. Manager hands you a kit, a key, a kettle. WhatsApp number on the wall. Wi-Fi password on the welcome card. Bed made, room cleaned, the kitchen knows your name by week two.

First-day kit: bedsheet, pillow, towel, toothbrush, biscuits, masala chai. The kettle is yours to keep. Welcome.

What an actual hop-in day looks like. Times are when the average resident does each thing — your day shifts around your schedule.

10:00

Arrive at the property

Manager meets you at the door. Quick walkthrough — your floor, your room, the kitchen, the common areas, the laundry room.

12:30

Welcome kit + WhatsApp setup

Bedsheet, pillow, towel, kettle, snack pack. Manager adds you to the building’s WhatsApp group. Wi-Fi password handed over (and printed on the welcome card, just in case).

13:00

First lunch

Lunch is on the house, day one. Standard menu — the kitchen will check what you eat, what you don’t, and adjust over the next week.

19:00

Dinner + meet the floor

Dinner in the common kitchen, residents around. Awkward for ten minutes, normal by month two.

22:00

Sleep in your new room

Quiet hours start at 11pm — soft rule, building-by-building. Most floors self-regulate. The manager checks in over WhatsApp the next morning to ask how it went.

Yes — refundable in full until 48 hours before hop-in. After that, it converts to first-month deposit. Razorpay processes refunds in 72 hours every time, no exceptions.
Three months minimum. Flexible if life happens — job change, transfer, family emergency, real reason — talk to the manager, we work it out without a fee. We don’t make money trapping people in lease terms.
Rent, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, gas, daily housekeeping (your room + common areas), laundry (twice a week), 2 daily meals on weekdays, 3 meals on weekends. No extras at month-end. The number on the property page is the number you pay.
Some properties — look for the "Pet-friendly" filter. Currently 4 of our 22 properties allow pets (cats and dogs under 25kg). We’re expanding pet-friendly inventory through 2026.
Day visitors yes, no questions. Overnight guests — talk to the manager, sign the visitor book, fine for a few nights. Partners moving in long-term — we have couple-friendly twin rooms in some properties; ask the manager and we’ll find one.
