Housr started in 2017 with a simple thesis: corporate-relocated professionals deserve a serviced apartment that isn’t a hotel. Eight years later we run 1,800+ beds across NCR and Bangalore for exactly that audience.
But every quarter we got a stack of enquiries we couldn’t serve — first-jobbers, graduate students, the 22-year-old designer who can’t afford a Housr but doesn’t want to live in a hostel either. The brand premium that justified our pricing was the wrong shape for them.
hoplive is the answer. Same operational backbone, same manager training, same fit-out standards — different brand, different price point, different vibe. Coral and mint instead of Housr’s navy. A homepage that calls itself ‘brand-grade PGs’ in lowercase.
If Housr is the suit, hoplive is the white tee. Same closet.
